Hi folks,
I spoke with @david-clark and @sweyn_martin yesterday about how we might maximise the quality, impact and ability to on-sell during and after our DDD engagement. We started to work through how many might engage from our side with this and the differences between the approach of someone who may typically engage as a consultant and those that typically engage in other ways, (through contract for example).
We thought it might be valuable for all involved, particularly as this point where we’re about to land in conversations with a number of new, c-level opportunities, to run a session to share ideas, give guidance and generally make sure we’re maximising our chances of success with the leads we have.
Everyone involved is great at their subjects and the collaborative approach we’ve taken in working together on the DDD has shown a quality tool that is testament to that. So it seems reasonable that we should also strive for a similarly collaborative approach to actual engagement with it, in order to show our work in the best light possible with clients.
I’m therefore proposing a session at the middle of next week where we can come together around this idea. I’ve asked both Dave and Sweyn to think about this in the meantime to see if we can share the ideas on that first call. If you can too, that would be fab.
I’ll put 2 * 1 hour sessions in the calendar for this. Please register for both if you can make them but we’ll only run 1. We’ll just run the one that most people can make it to. I’ll confirm that based on registrations closer to the time.
