Mindful Wednesdays

Mindful yoga sessions from the comfort of your office chair in 15 minute sessions. Gentle body stretches and mindful techniques to bring a level of calm to your day. No experience necessary! 

Join us for Mindful Wednesdays at 8.40 am for 5 minutes of simple stretching to prepare the body for 10 minutes of a guided mindful meditation,(finishing just before 9 to allow you to join follow on calls)
