This virtual half day workshop is to ‘fast-start’ the collaborative development of a ‘Innovation Diagnostic‘ tool for use in uncovering opportunity within client organisations, in addition to guiding engagements and driving renewal and extension conversations through outlining areas of value delivered.
The diagnostic tool will be built upon the great persona development work of the group focused on those ‘responsible for innovation and digital business transformation, (link).
During this session we’ll share the process designed so far by another group, (focused on another persona) show how it fits with service design and get the tool underway. We expect to end this session having made a good start, by outlining homework for those willing; leading into weekly calls to finalise the diagnostic built and campaign with it for opportunities.
The session will take the form a a 90 min session – 30 min break – 90 min session.
