A Design and Innovation Session in conjunction with Belron International and the HiveMind Network

The Design and Innovation Workshop is for those championing innovation in their organisation at a senior level. The workshop is designed to enable you and your colleagues to share and gain insights from other successful innovators and explore ways of removing the impediments that can so often slow or hinder progress.

Belron International has developed a reputation for innovation in many of their markets and are enthusiastic supporters in looking at new ways to tackle the big challenges.   

In conjunction with the HiveMind Network and its members, Belron are hosting this highly interactive workshop session. We will be using techniques commonly found in the “unconference” model, an unusual name but a great way of creating results!

Attendance will include refreshments on arrival at lunchtime and canapés for the early evening networking alongside participation in all the afternoon sessions. In lieu of a ticket price, Belron has asked for a donation (suggested £50) towards their charity www.afrikatikkun.org. David Clark is the co-founder and UK Managing Partner of a disruptor professional services model – The HiveMind Network.  The former Innovation, Improvement and Information Director at the award winning utility – Northern Gas, and prior to that an Executive Partner in Gartner, David will along, with his colleagues Anja Kluver and Nicola Collister lead a number of the breakout sessions at the events. A passionate advocate of technology enabled change, David has worked across multiple sectors to help disrupt the status quo and bring into play innovation at many different levels.
 

Anja Klüver is the Founder and Service Experience Director of Prospect. Anja has more than 2 decades of award winning international experience and champions an insight led human-centred experience design process in combination with business expertise and deep understanding of digital technologies to deliver new products, services and customer experiences that provides tangible value.  Anja and her team have delivered bottom line impact to clients including Dimension Data, Mitchells & Butlers, Europcar, Eurostar, Tesco, Vodafone, British Midlands International, Silverjet, Insights Investment, Abercrombie & Kent, Springer Macmillan Publishing to name just a few.

Joelle Bataille is the Experience Director with Prospect. Joelle’s empathic yet pragmatic approach to product and service design is based on an clear understanding of the customers’ needs in an ever-changing world. Joelle uses these simple truths to craft experiences that make a measurable difference to businesses and their customers alike. Joelle is passionate about positive design and how technology lives in our everyday lives, altering our thinking and behaviour.

Nicola Collister is Founder and MD of Custerian, a Strategic Transformation business who work with Retail, Utilities, Logistics, Education,  Pharmaceutical, Entertainment and Insurance industries.  Nicola has 20+ years in the Service Industry, at RAC, Board positions in Retail & Logistics. Nicola was one of the first Customer Experience Directors in the UK at Shop Direct Group where she delivered a Strategic Transformation in cSat, retention, cost reductions & engagement.  She has pioneered service with:  UK’s first SEIVR; launched largest self employed Homeworker and courier network; video capabilities;  investor in disruptor technologies in service and logistics/supply chain.
Mandy Townley is a Customer Experience professional with Custerian, with extensive customer services & contact centre experience. She has a strong background in multi-channel retail, financial services, complaints & root cause analysis. Passionately customer focussed, Mandy is an engaging stakeholder & people manager able to translate strategic business goals into meaningful delivery plans based around people, culture, process & technology. Mandy is a process and journey design specialist with 10+ years experience and is proficient in Customer Experience, leading and driving through recommendations to improve the customer journey.
