About the Speaker: David Waller
David is a recognised specialist in Benefits Management with over 30 years’ experience across the public and private sectors. He helped apply Cranfield University’s research to BT’s pioneering corporate intranet before bringing benefits-led decision-making to clients in finance, utilities and government.
David later joined the NHS, where he developed Benefits Management approaches for national programmes spanning data standards, interoperability, adult social care and child protection.
Now semi-retired, he continues to mentor The Benefits Management Network and share his expertise. He is the author of The Goal Model: Designing Business Decisions, a concise, illustrated guide to making effective choices in complex environments.
