As AI adoption accelerates, many organisations are moving faster than their governance frameworks can keep up.
In this session, John will explore how senior leaders can take ownership of AI systems not just from a technical perspective, but in terms of responsibility, risk, and long-term trust.
Rather than focusing on tools, this session introduces a strategic framework designed to help organisations deploy AI responsibly and sustainably.
