Thanks so much to all who made today’s call. We worked further on our emergency advisory service, (3 month tackling difficult decisions which have come about due to the crisis).
We focused on this call on working through the difficult needs of a delivery focused tech exec. We’ve come up with a very rough set of new ‘jobs’ or difficult decisions and our homework before next week’s call is to collaborate on rationalising this list, improving the language of each bullet and prioritising down to between 6-10 in total.
