Carlos Flores Ramirez is Partner for Iberia at Cambridge Management Consulting and an international technology and transformation executive with almost 35 years of experience across consulting, IT services and leadership roles. Having worked on the vendor, client and advisory sides, he brings deep expertise in IT management, digital transformation, insurance, banking and aviation. Carlos has held CIO, CEO and Global VP positions, leading complex transformation programmes across Europe. Fluent in Spanish and English, with additional proficiency in French and Italian, he combines a pragmatic, results-focused approach with a passion for continuous learning, mentoring and organisational change. He holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and KU Leuven.
