Join Catherine Hayes for a thought-provoking session exploring the transition cycle, future pacing, and transition mapping strategies—designed to acknowledge complexity and reduce the risks associated with change and transformation.

Catherine Hayes is an Organisational Sustainability and Change Resilience specialist.   She supports leaders and their organisations to navigate and work with complex transition challenges to deliver tangible results.  Combing 30 years of practice with 20 years of applied practitioner research, organisational, clinical psychology, and Buddhist philosophy, she has created organisational change processes, diagnostic analytics, and tools.  An integrated practice that supports organisations to build sustainable infrastructures, resilient capabilities, and approaches for working with the complexities and functioning of organisational change.  Including the development of a transition leadership practice that supports leaders and their workforces to acquire transition capabilities, whilst implementing their transformation agendas.

Catherine was a member of the Visiting Faculty of Bayes (formerly CASS) Business School.  Where in 2007 she established a practioner Organisation Transition Centre. Supporting Executive leaders, Change and OD professionals to develop practical capabilities to design lead complex change programmes.  Designed and delivered the Transition Leadership Series Programme for Exec MBA students up until 2022.

Author of Transition Leadership – Navigating the Complexities of Organisational Change, published by Springer in July 2020. A practitioner book focused on supporting business leaders and change professionals to develop sustainable approaches and resilient practices for designing, leading and working with environments of continuous change.
