This session aims to inspire and inform the development of HiveMinds’s own community groups.

Bio: Si is an experienced global delivery and change expert with a reputation for strong leadership, operational excellence and empathic stakeholder engagement across the full digital business landscape.
As an oil brat, Si grew up in the Middle East, the UK and Canada, so unless you have a spare hour or two, don’t ask her where she’s from!
Si is writing a book on Leadership Soft Skills and how to enjoy being the boss, she would love everyone in the Network to buy at least one copy when it comes out.
